Abstract With the development of network entrepreneurship, network entrepreneurship training has become an important part of adult training. Aiming at the education management process of entrepreneurship training in Hangzhou, this paper puts forward the basic ideas and framework of the overall design of service management platform for entrepreneurship education. The platform includes three parts: teacher qualification management, teaching task management and teaching quality management. It is divided into three parts: mobile terminal Agent, server Agent and management server. Practice has proved that the platform can improve the quality of teaching management, enhance the efficiency of education and training of government and institutions, and better establish the image of entrepreneurial training projects.
