Teaching quality evaluation has always been paid much attention to by college. This paper introduces the development of teaching quality evaluation APP with mobile Internet technology under the environment of Internet plus education. Its purpose is to provide an economical and popular mobile platform which can flexibly meet the requirements of teaching evaluation.
