Abstract With the rapid development of information technology in China, computer technology has been applied in more and more fields, and plays an important role in different fields. With the rapid development of modern society and economy, the huge workload cannot meet with the needs of social development simply relying on human resources, leading to the growing demand for computer technology and the promotion of the speed of computer software development. The layering technology plays an important role in the development of computer software. It can improve the efficiency of computer software development and improve the fluency of computer software system, playing a positive role in the development of computer software. This paper mainly discusses on the characteristics of layering technology and the application of layering technology in software development.
