Human Detection Technology in Dim Environment

Abstract  This paper detects the personnel movement in hazardous and dim area, locates the personnel who doesn’t evacuate in real time. It uses the frame-to-frame differences method to extract the motion region in video and update the image background, and uses the background subtraction method extract the foreground, to complete underground miner detection.
