The development of mobile Internet and the popularity of mobile intelligent terminals provide an excellent platform for the application and promotion of flipped classroom teaching mode. Under this background, this paper studies on the college students' flipped classroom teaching from the perspective of mobile Internet. Firstly, it introduces the origin and meaning of the flipped classroom, and then analyzes its advantages, finally discusses on the flipped classroom design with the advantages of mobile Internet, hoping to play a role in the implement and promotion of the college students' flipped classroom teaching.
