As the key supporting technology for advanced mobile learning pattern, mobile cloud computing can solve the choke point of current information resource sharing for universities. This paper analyzes the priorities of mobile cloud computing by discussing the constructing idea, key technologies and designing methods of education resource sharing platform based on mobile cloud, and then demonstrates the relevant sharing strategies and mechanisms from the aspects of resources integrating, organizing and coordinating and persistent motivating.
