HIS system is an important part of hospital informationization, especially its hardware operation management is particularly important. Through the analysis on the situation of existing HIS system hardware management, this paper finds out three key points which are the system compliance, organizational management, technical support. It establishes the hardware operation management mode suitable for the hospital informatization, to promote HIS system work better
