As the cradle of talent cultivation, the university has raised the computer application technology to a very important position. In the non computer major, it is an inevitable trend to set up the computer course in the primary phase. Guiding with professional application, to cultivate more applied talents for the society. This paper researches the primary phase teaching reform of computer application basis for non computer majors in colleges and universities.
