Reformation and Exploration of Electrical Practice Lecturing Based on Disciplinary Contest

Abstract Various disciplinary contests are of great importance in construction and innovation of electrical specialties, cultivation of innovation, entrepreneurship and engineering practice ability, etc. In this paper, we first give a detailed analysis of the existing circumstances and shortcomings of the electrical specialties development and contest activities. And then, focusing on the disciplinary contest, we discuss the way to effectively promote the context and method of practice lecturing, in order to enhance the quality of talent cultivation, and steadily push forward the educational reformation from the top hierarchy.
