This paper researches on the problems existing in the process of digital campus upgrading to wisdom campus. It proposes the campus smart card renovation scheme based on the green energy-saving mind. On the basis of the integration of the existing information network, it renews the key of campus smart card, implements multi-angle adjustment from practicality, improves the campus intelligent degree, and promotes the development of college.
