In view of the traditional teaching not meeting the needs of the current teaching, this paper uses the B/S model to design a network teaching system to solve the problem. Firstly, it analyzes the demands from function and performance; secondly, it introduces the system design and database design in detail; finally, it gives the specific implementation taking job management as an example. This paper has a positive effect on the front line teachers and the distance education workers.
