Abstract Food security is a common challenge and responsibility faced by the whole society. In order to solve the problem of
food safety and reduce foodborne diseases, it needs to constantly explore and research on food safety system. The establishment of
food safety monitoring system for fruit industry is to realize the monitoring and control of the food safety risk. The system collects
and analyzes the data of foodborne diseases, food contamination, and harmful factors in food, and its comprehensive analysis, finally
notifies the relevant issues through the information portal promptly.
