Abstract Professional construction is the major teaching focus of higher vocational colleges. However, the efficiency of professional
construction is severely crippled by the information asymmetry and complexity in tasks and procedures. The author takes the
professional construction practice of Sichuan Vocational College of Chemical Technology for case study. By utilizing the self-developed
information platform, the efficiency and effect of professional construction have been greatly improved.
