Based on the analysis of present situation and difficulties of current application of the teaching of basic computer, this paper proposes a basic computer application teaching reform program -- project teaching method. It describes the implementation steps, process and problems, hoping to change the passive learning into active learning through project guiding and task driving, and improving the teaching effect.
