Wideband microwave power amplifiers are increasingly extensively applied in radar and electron countermeasure while wideband power amplifier design is still in initial stage in China. The real frequency technique and load line simulation are used to design the input and output matching circuit. And ADS is used to optimize and simulate the circuits. Finally one X-Band wideband microwave power amplifier is designed.
