Abstract As a kind of international business activities through the electronic commerce platform, cross-border e-commerce has
developed rapidly in recent years.In response to this development, China began to gradually establish a comprehensive pilot area of
cross-border e-commerce" and build a new open economic system. This paper mainly analyze the influence factors of the level of
cross-border electricity suppliers in the experimentation area.The expectations of this paper is that the development of system, management,
service innovation could play a role in promoting to cross-border electricity suppliers .
