With a flourish，e- commerce industry provides lots of opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship．Faced with the severe employment situation，many students join the venture of e-commerce industry to start business while they are confronted with challenges for lacking experience．This article is based on the questionnaire survey of students major in e-commerce venture．It indicates their venture situation，analyzes their way and question of venture，also corresponding suggestions are necessary to be given for helping them more．
