Abstract In view of the increasing number of people in training institutions, and the increasing difficulty of information management, this paper develops an information management system. Firstly, it analyzes the system needs; designs the system from the design idea, function analysis and database; finally, implement the role management and payment management. This paper has some positive effect on the management of the vocational school and the training organization.
