This paper expounds the necessity to promote experimental teaching of the principle of automatic control, and puts forward the reform measures. The implementation of these measures can not only make the students consolidate what they have learned, but also improve students’practice ability, innovation ability and engineering practice ability, obtaining ideal experimental teaching effect.
