Effective development and utilization of curriculum resources in network course platform directly affect learner's interest in learning and the quality of learning, which relates to the effectiveness of the implementation of curriculum. This paper firstly defines the network curriculum resources, and then investigates and analyzes the use and demand of college English curriculum resource. Results of the survey of network course platform resources provide an intuitive and solid basis for subsequent construction and improvement.
