Research on the Food Quality Detection Management System in Ubiquitous Environment

Abstract  Food safety is related to social stability, which is subject to wide attention at home or aboard. According to the problems of hard backtracking and poor controllability for the food quality, this essay tries to introduce networking into food quality detection, which can realize the quality supervision in whole life cycle of food raw materials procurement, production, transportation and sales. On the base of a full analysis of the demand of food quality supervision, the structure of the system has been determined. And the key techniques of the system implementation network architecture are mainly discussed. The system can provide a reliable guarantee for the supervision of food quality.
