Overview of Dairy Foods Safety Traceability System Based on IOT Technology

Abstract  Traditional traceability system cannot be applied efficiently to the dairy food safety quality problems. Therefore a new traceability system for solving these problems should be studied. After describing the concepts and characteristics of internet of things and traceability system, this paper analyzes the key mechanisms of the existing representative traceability system,and points out the merits and demerits of them in detail.Finally,it also points out the open research problems.
