A Method Based on Region Homogeneity Measure for Image Denoising

Abstract According to the two characteristics of region homogeneity measure， we combine the methods of wavelet transformation and partial differential equation to put forward a new method for image denoising．Experimental results show this method is efficient for image denoising．
