The Study and Application of Disaster Tolerant System Based-on Distributed Database

Abstract  For the growing importance of information,the disaster recovery system which can protect the security of information has a rapid development.A variety of solutions have been proposed in recent years.A typical disaster recovery system which consists of SAN (Storage Area Network) technology and clustering technology always applies to large-scale systems.Oracle distributed database provides good mechanism for data redundancy and data replication to ensure the global data security and consistency.This paper combines these advantages, researches on the disaster recovery system based on distributed database which can adapt to systems with different scales.It also can be easily managed and simply deployed.
