Abstract：With the development of networks， the establishment and usage of the LAN are expanding to enterprises，schools，communities，families．But with the increasing number of computers，the IP address assigned increases，and the LAN IP address conflicts or the phenomenon of piracyhave occurr．All these have seriously affected the normal operation of LANs．In this article，from the angle of the operation of management strategies and techniques of practical applications strategies，the author puts forward his own suggestions and methods for solving the problems of LAN IP address conflicts，unauthorized use，in order to improve the efficiency of LAN management and maintenance．
