Abstract：Today, with the rapid development of economy and society, society needs not only advanced science and technology
and management personnel, but also a large number of highly qualified and practical talents with innovative spirit and strong practical
ability. But most of the higher vocational colleges use the traditional classroom teaching mode in the process of personnel training,
hardly take the real IT tasks and job simulation into the classroom. This paper proposes to carry out the talents training method
of“enterprise tutorial system”to optimize the traditional curriculum architecture. Meanwhile, it supervises and evaluates the talents
training method of“enterprise tutorial system”, and summarizes the experience, forming the effective talent training scheme.
