Taking the example of Fuzhou，we develop data exception monitoring audit system of automatic station. The system can monitor observation data of regional automatic station of meteorological bureau in real time in all cities and counties. It realizes real-time data of regional automatic station warehousing and abnormal data monitoring and auditing that can provide high security of data transmission.

In the three-dimensional medical image reconstruction, Marching Cube is a more commonly used iso-surface reconstruction algorithm. We can extract any three-dimensional data of iso-surface with the algorithm. But there are large amounts of data and triangular patches required to calculate, which makes the algorithm slower. This paper uses a different scale iso-surface reconstruction theory to achieve a multi-scale Marching Cube algorithm. Through the experimental comparison, we find that the new algorithm is higher efficiency and faster than the original Marching Cube algorithm.

For the phenomena of atmospheric scattering in fog environment, the visibility and contrast of surveillance video imaging greatly reduce, causing the video image distortion. Finally, imaging is difficult to meet the expected applications. In this paper, in order to solve the issue of image enhancement and de-noising, we put forward high-performance image defogging improved algorithm which can be used in the video surveillance system of G / S mode and system at the same time meet real-time transmission of video data demand. It could implement the adaptive enhancement and de-noising of degraded image with this algorithm. On the premise of guarantee of real-time, this algorithm improves the contrast and definition of images efficiently, solves the distortion of videos and images to a great extent, and provides the strong complement to solve the problems of the image distortion in real-time video surveillance applications of G/S model.
