The existing initial filtering systems of matching road all the database based on the disk file to store road network data and grid index. Due to the big overhead between in and out memory, the traditional disk database fails to support real-time and high throughput processing of the large-scale GPS data. To address this issue, this paper imports main memory database into the system. We built a test system by integrating the existing filtering algorithm and the MM-DB. The experimental result demonstrates that our method improves the search performance of the system up to 300% and promotes the speed and throughput of the system effectively.

Current network is a network of hybrid structure，existing traditional telecommunications networks，and TCP/IP network which uses different network protocols and network management model respectively．In this paper，TMN protocol in the telecommunications network and SNMP in TCP/IP network protocol are analyzed and compared，and network management protocols required by the application servers are investigated．It is pointed out that SNMP protocol is more appropriate as an application server network management protocol of network management system．

The reachability tree of a Petri net is a fundamental and powerful one for various properties including liveness，boundedness，conservation，reachability，and coverability．This paper analyzes the liveness and reachability of a Petri net，and realizes the deadlock checking for one-place unbounded Petri Nets based on the modified reachability trees．

IGP routing protocol optimization techniques are introduced in this paper． It reduces the routing calculating time by using incremental SPF algorithm， prevents the frequent route calculation by introducing "Intelligent Timer" technology． Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) technology is used to accelerate the discovery of network status， to reduce the impact of equipment failure on the business and increase network availability． Interface dampening technology is used to restrict routing computation frequently and prevent interface change frequently caused by link state problems．

Questionnaire survey is mostly used in traditional researches of the travel behaviors of the residents which are wasting time and energy，while in this paper，the travel behaviors of urban residents in working days and rest days are studied based on the taxi GPS trajectory data．It is indicated that the main travel behavior in working days is work commuting with the main travel time periods from 7：00 a．m．to 9：30 a．m．and 17：00 p．m．to 19：30 p．m．，and the main spatial distributions of the travel are the apartment and the work place．While the travel time in rest days is uniformly distributed in the whole day except for the time from 0：00 a．m．to 7：00 a．m．，and the main spatial distribution of the travel site are commercial，entertainment and leisure sectors．The results of which are objective and true．

This paper simulates transmittance of neutrons，whose energy is 14．5MeV，in polyethylene， graphite，steel，non-uniform materials of steel and polyethylene with Monte Carlo method．The consistency of the simulative results and the theory of radiation protection validate the correctness．In addition，we conclude that the shielding effect which the heavier nuclei materials are before the lighter nuclei is much better than that of the singe materials or the lighter nuclei materials in the former under certain conditions．
