Abstract  
At present, as the provincial access business volume of the headquarters information billing system is not large, the infor-mation billing system carries the overall business volume through multiple logical business processing nodes. If any node fails, theprovincial access side is required to have load balance disaster capacity. The project supports the business load balancingof the ac-cess node and realizes the support capacity expansion of the message charging system.
