Abstract  At present, it is an important moment for the traditional industry to catch up with a new round of information high-speed train and realize the transformation from industrial civilization to information civilization. Informatization, Big Data, AI are gradually affecting and even changing the living habits of the people, the economic operation mode and the development direction of the society. Traditional government affairs have gradually turned to E-government, which not only saves resources greatly, but also provides more convenient services for the people. The construction of informatization is an important support and the only way for social development. This paper discusses on the relevant indicators of performance management in the construction of information system, to ensure that the input and output of information project construction can be directly proportional, reflect the value and benefit of the project, optimize business processes and improve work efficiency.
