Abstract In the process of personnel training, it is necessary to ensure the quality of education, enhance the students' innovation ability, and cultivate high quality talents. In order to improve the basic knowledge of students, and to cultivate and inspire their leadership, human spirit, as well as the ability to create and innovate, our city takes the lead in carrying out repeated discussions on the implementation of personnel training, carries out the special talent training, thus forming the "three-creation" talent cultivation project. It is of great practical significance to set up the " three-creation " studio and cultivate the innovative talents through the implementation of " three-creation " cultivation project.
