Abstract This paper introduces the overall structure of ocean tridimensional monitoring systems. It builds a network for data
transmission between sea and land based on Beidou satellites system. With the embedded technology and zigbee technology, it takes
solar energy and battery for power supply to monitor the subsystem of buoy. Communicating with the underwater acoustic channel,
sensors are by deployed to monitor the subsystem, so as to achieve tridimensional monitoring of the ocean.
