Abstract For achieving better educational measurement, the construction of item bank system is actively carried out in all colleges
and universities. As the core of the system, the algorithm for generating test paper is a hot research topic. This paper analyzes
the short comings of the traditional randomized algorithm for generating test paper, and proposes an improved randomized algorithm.
The experimental results show that the algorithm can generate the required test paper quickly.
