本研究旨在探讨在信创时代背景下，针对民办应用型本科高校数据库原理与应用课程存在的教学挑战，实施的 “三优三新”教学创新与实践。项目通过优化课程内容重构新形态、优化教学手段深化新教改和优化评价模式提升新质量，旨 在提升信创人才的培养质量，增强主讲教师团队的教学与科研能力，并为新工科教学改革提供新的思路与方案。研究发现，优 化后的课程内容能更好地与学生的实际需求及市场动态对接，重构成了一种跨学科、实践导向的新形态。

This study aims to explore the teaching challenges of Database Principles and Applications in private applied undergradu‐ ate universities in the context of information technology innovation, and to implement the "Triple Optimization and Innovation" teaching innovation and practice. The project aims to improve the training quality of information and innovation talents, enhance the teaching and research capabilities of the main teaching team, and provide new ideas and plans for the reform of new engineering edu‐ cation by optimizing course content, reconstructing new forms, optimizing teaching methods, deepening new teaching reforms, and optimizing evaluation models to enhance new quality. Research has found that optimized course content can better align with stu‐ dents' actual needs and market dynamics, forming a new form of interdisciplinary and practical orientation.
