随着粤港澳大湾区的建立与区域经济的蓬勃发展，计算机网络专业人才需求量持续增长，人才需求层次的复杂 性亦同时增加，促使区域内高职院校计算机网络专业群积极开展改革和探索，以适应行业产业的发展需求。通过与企业的深 度合作，确定职业岗位、岗位能力分析、能力等级划分等步骤，构建计算机网络专业人才的职业能力素质模型。以所确定的专 业岗位人才的职业能力素质模型为基础确定专业人才培养体系，引入课程思政元素，为计算机网络专业方向高职学生职业规 划提供了路线图，为培养高素质技能人才奠定基础。

With the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the vigorous development of the local economy, the demand for computer network professionals continues to grow, and the complexity of the talent demand level also increases, prompting the computer network professional groups of vocational colleges in the region to actively carry out reform and exploration to meet the development needs of the industry. Through in-depth cooperation with enterprises, with the occupational positions determination, post capability analysis, ability level division and other steps, this paper builds a professional ability quality model of computer network professionals. Based on the above model, the professional talent training system is determined, and the ideological and political elements of the curriculum are introduced, which provides a road map for the career planning of students major in computer networking, and lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
