With the continuous development of economy, various industries need a large number of talents with innovative con-sciousness, innovative spirit and innovative ability. The School-enterprise Cooperation Base for college students' innovation and en-trepreneurship can be well combined with professional and provide a new model on the cultivation of college students' innovativeand entrepreneurial ability by using resources of enterprises on practical teaching. This paper analyzes the existing problems on theinnovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.
