公安视听技术专业是近几年来公安领域内发展迅速的专业之一，专业的迅速发展必然要求在培养人才的过程中 不断更新教育资源，而协同育人就是对于各种教育资源整合的有效方式之一。目前的协同育人中存在着形式单一、专业针对 性不强、专业教师参与度低等问题，对此提出了公安院校、实战部门、相关企业三方参与的校局企协同育人模式，探索了该模式 的制度建设、平台建设和人才队伍建设，力图为培养优质的公安视听技术专业人才提供决策依据。

The major of public security audio-visual technology is one of the rapidly developing majors in the field of public security in recent years. The rapid development of the major inevitably requires continuous updating of educational resources in the process of cultivating talents, and collaborative education is one of the effective ways to integrate various educational resources. The current collaborative education has problems such as single form, poor professional targeting, and low participation of professional teachers. In this article, a school-bureau-enterprise collaborative education model involving public security colleges, actual combat departments and related enterprises is proposed. It explores the system construction, platform construction and talent team construction of this model, and tries to provide decision-making basis for cultivating high-quality public security audio-visual technology professionals
