基于产教融合的高职校企协同育人创新模式研究

摘要深化产教融合，是推进人才和人力资源供给侧结构性改革一项非常迫切的任务。高职教育不断完善，深化产教融合、校企合作，是高职教育快速发展的契机。以亳州职业技术学院软件技术专业为例，阐述了产教融合、校企协同育人人才培养创新模式的实施过程和取得的成效，为其他专业和高职院校的创新发展提供了思路。

Abstract：Deepening the integration of production and education is a very urgent task to promote the structural reform of the supply side of talents and human resources. The continuous improvement of higher vocational education, deepening the integration of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation are opportunities for the rapid development of higher vocational education.This article takes the software technology major of Bozhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, expounds the implementation process and the results achieved in the talent training of the integration of production and education and the school-enterprise collaborative education, and provides ideas for the innovative development of other majors and higher vocational colleges.
