摘要

通过对连云港市三所高职院校产教融合培养数据分析，并加以实地调研，得出其在产教融合存在着五个问题。
针对现有的问题，从提升产教深度融合人才培养理念、加强“政校企”产教深度融合、完善高职院校人才培养保障机制、瞄准地
方产业布局开展产教融合、适时构建适配产业形态的课程体系五个方面，提出了产教深度融合发展的对策与建议。
