Abstract：As the first-class vocational college in the province, in order to open up a high-end skilled personnel training channel,
and actively explore the cultivation of undergraduate talents of four- year higher vocational education, Jiangsu Maritime Institute
adapts to the new situation, and coordinates with the colleges and universities to carry out the pilot program of four-year applicationoriented
higher vocational education. It has become a powerful practitioner of higher vocational education reform. Combining the social
and economic development needs in Internet + era, this paper makes a deep theoretical research and practical exploration on the
