现阶段,教育数字化转型给大学生带来便利的同时,也引发了数字鸿沟和网络安全等问题。为了了解河南省高校大学生的数字素养水平,提出提升河南省高校大学生数字素养的路径。采用网络调研法,构建了包含 4 个维度、 19 个要素的高校学生数字素养评测体系,并制定调查问卷在河南省高校随机调研了812名大学生,运用SPSS27对评测结果进行总体水平分析和差异性分析。调查分析结果表明,河南省高校大学生数字素养整体处于中等水平,在性别、学历、学校类型等 6 个方面存在不同程度的差异。最后,根据河南省高校大学生数字素养现状,从教育主管部门、高校和高校图书馆三个层面,就如何更好地提升河南省高校大学生数字素养水平提出建议。

At this stage,while the digital transformation of education brings convenience to college students,it also raises problems such as the digital divide and network security.In order to understand the digital literacy level of college students in Henan Province,a path to improve the digital literacy of college students in Henan Province is proposed.The online research method is adopted to construct a digital literacy evaluation system for college students with 4 dimensions and 19 elements.A questionnaire is formulated to randomly survey 812 college students in Henan Province.SPSS27 is used to analyze the overall level and analyze the differential results.The survey and analysis results show that the overall level of digital literacy for college students in Henan Province is average,and there are different degrees of differences in six aspects,including gender,education,and school type.Finally,based on the current digital literacy of college students in Henan Province,suggestions are put forward from the three levels of education authorities,universities and university libraries.
