为应对新工科建设背景下计算机领域对创新型、应用型人才的需求,以福州理工学院为研究对象,探索＂双元驱动、能力导向、课赛证岗融通＂的产教深度融合人才培养模式。通过构建校企＂A+B两类共建＂模式与协同育人平台,形成双元驱动机制;以＂三阶多元＂课程体系重构实现能力分层递进培养,并依托＂课赛证岗＂融通机制保障教学实施。实践表明,该模式有效提升了校企协同育人效应,符合新工科背景下民办应用型本科高校计算机类专业的育人需求,为同类高校计算机应用型人才培养提供了可借鉴的实践经验。

To meet the demand for innovative and application-oriented talents in the computer field in the context of the development of Emerging Engineering Disciplines,this paper takes Fuzhou Institute of Technology as the research object and explores a talent cultivation model of in-depth Industry-Education Integration featuring＂dual-driven,competency-oriented,and integration of C-C-C-P（courses,competitions,certifications and positions）＂.By establishing the university-enterprise＂ A+B dual co-construction＂model and a collaborative talent cultivation platform,a dual-drive mechanism is formed;the reconstruction of the＂three-stage and multi-dimensional＂curriculum system enables the hierarchical and progressive cultivation of competencies,and the implementation of teaching is guaranteed by relying on the integration mechanism of＂courses,competitions,certificates and positions＂.Practice shows that this model has effectively enhanced the effect of university-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation,meets the talent cultivation needs of computer-related majors in private application-oriented undergraduate universities in the context of Emerging Engineering Disciplines,and provides valuable reference experience for the cultivation of application-oriented computer talents in similar universities.
