Application of Shortwave Transmission in Telemetry and Telecontrol for Navigation Mark

Abstract  The construction of marine traffic safety guarantee system has been the focus of attention of domestic and international shipping circles. Study on the navigation information system based information technology, computer network technology and navigation technology is very necessary for the implementation of the modernization of monitoring and management, ensuring the accuracy of navigation mark information and the convenience of obtaining information for users, and providing better service. This paper mainly studies on the telemetry and telecontrol of navigation mark by shortwave communication.
