摘要

随着工业现代化和计算机网络技术的快速发展,自动控制技术应用越来越广泛。药品是我们日常生活中不可或
缺的物资,小到个人、家庭,大到医院、国家都与其有着不可分割的联系。但是传统的药品调配过程,多在人工控制状态下,需
要根据生产情况调节各物料的配比,以计算各物料的理想料量,并逐次调整设备参数以满足配比要求,一旦外部条件发生改
变,生产过程需要进行重新设置,计算操作时间长,容易出错,给生产带来不良影响。因此,药品的自动调配系统显得尤为重
要,本系统采用西门子S7-200作为主控制器,实现药品的自动调配。

Abstract

With the rapid development of industrial modernization and computer network technology, automatic control technology is
used more and more widely. Drugs are indispensable materials in our daily life, which are inseparable from individuals, families,
hospitals and countries. However, the traditional drug dispensing process is mostly under manual control, it is necessary to adjust the ratio of each material according to the production situation to calculate the ideal material quantity of each material, and adjust the equipment parameters step by step to meet the ratio requirements. Once the external conditions change, the production process needs
to be reset. The calculation operation takes a long time and is prone to errors, which brings adverse factors to production. Therefore,
the automatic drug dispensing system is particularly important. This system uses Siemens S7-200 as the main controller to realize
the automatic dispensing of drugs.
