As an information technology infrastructure library, ITIL enables enterprises to find the best way and method to standardize the operation and maintenance process, which is known as the bible of IT service management. This paper explores the construction of enterprise informatization performance evaluation system based on ITIL, proposes the design ideas of the system, and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the improvement and perfection of enterprise informatization performance evaluation work in actual manage ment.
