摘要

功率半导体器件在轨道交通装备、新能源汽车、工业控制、电网改造等诸多领域有着非常广泛的应用,但在中高端领域90%以上仍然依赖进口。湖南发展功率半导体产业具有较好基础,应当抢抓发展机遇,坚持产业链思维加速第三代技术产品布局,扩大重点行业应用示范,着力培育产业生态体系,打造具有核心竞争力的功率半导体创新与产业化基地。基于湖南功率半导体产业发展基础特色,找准发展短板,从顶层设计、龙头企业、创新平台、示范应用、国产替代等方面提出对策建议。

Abstract

Power electronics devices are widely used in the rail transportation equipment, new energy vehicles, industrial control, net-work reconstruction, and many other areas. However, in the middle and high-end field more than90% of the power semiconductordevices still rely on imports. Power semiconductor industry of Hunan province has a good foundation, so we should seize the devel-opment opportunity, adhere to the industrial chain thinking, accelerate the layout of third-generation technology products, expand theapplication demonstration of key industries, focus on cultivating the industrial ecosystem, and build a competitive power semicon-ductor innovation and industrialization base in China. Based on the basic characteristics of Hunan power semiconductor industry de-velopment, this paper identifies the development weaknesses, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects oftop-level design, leading enterprises, innovation platform, demonstration and application, and domestic alternatives.
