摘要

以整车主动悬架的控制为研究对象,对车身的垂向跳动、车体俯仰以及侧倾振动进行调控,采用SIMS捷联式惯 性测量技术实时采集车身姿态数据,建立了7自由度的车辆动力学模型,引入大系统分散控制将整车控制分散为4个1?4车体 的垂向控制,通过仿真分析证明,本文提出的基于SIMS的车辆主动悬架控制技术能有效控制车身姿态变化,改善了车辆动态 性能。

Abstract

Taking the control of the vehicle's active suspension as the research object, the vehicle body's vertical runout, vehicle body pitch and roll vibration are regulated, and the SIMS strap-down inertial measurement technology is used to collect body attitude data in real time to establish a 7-degree-of-freedom vehicle dynamic model. The large-scale system decentralized control is introduced to decentralize the entire vehicle control into four 1?4 car body vertical control. Simulation analysis proves that the SIMS-based vehicle active suspension control technology proposed in this paper can effectively control the body attitude change, and improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle
