介绍了JMeter 的主要功能、工作原理、优势，以及Web性能测试的目的、分类、指标、流程。通过性能测试工具 JMeter对一个项目管理系统进行了不同场景下的测试，根据此项目管理系统的性能测试结果，定位了该系统的性能瓶颈，给出 了系统的优化策略。 

This paper introduces the main functions, working principle, advantages of JMeter, and the purpose, classification, index and process of Web performance test. With the performance test tool JMeter, a test case of a project management system in different scenarios is given. According to the system performance test results, the performance bottlenecks are positioned and the system optimization strategies are proposed.
