摘要

随着信息技术的快速发展,企业对计算机专业人才要求不断提高,对人才的职业素养也提出了更高的要求,培养 和提升职业素养是职业生涯发展的重要基础。通过对职业素养的现状分析,提出了职业素养培养的三个方向:公共职业素养、 行业职业素养、岗位职业素养。以“小型实体组织”技术帮扶的产教融合新模式,让技术帮扶项目进课堂,实现学校教师与企业 师傅合二为一,培养和提升学生职业素养。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, enterprises have continuously improved the requirements for computer professionals, and also put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of talents. Cultivating and improving professional quality is an important basis for career development. Through the analysis of the current situation of professional quality, this paper puts forward three directions of professional quality cultivation: public professional quality, industrial professional quality and post professional quality. With the new model of "small entity organization" technology support integration, the technology support projects are introduced into the classroom, to achieve the integration of school teachers and enterprise masters, and cultivate and improve the professional quality of students
