In order to optimize the work flow of nCoV nucleic acid detection in medical and health institutions, realize the informa-tion exchange between medical and health institutions in the city and between provincial disease control platforms, and ensure thesafe and efficient application of data, this paper develops a new coronary nucleic acid detection platform based on WeChat Mini Pro-gram. Through investigating the information demand, optimizing the work flow, forming the requirement document, the software isdeveloped and optimized according to the application effect in the process of trial operation. The closed-loop mode of information in-put, sample sampling, sample sending, sample receiving, query of test results, report and information exchange is realized, whichmeets the needs of the work.
